In this sector , Cleopatra Real estate offers its clients two payment systems to choose from by paying:
- A 10% down payment , and the rest on installment for 6 years . The submission .of the unit to the client will be after paying 60% of the total price
- A 10% down payment , another 10% of the total price after 3 Months and the same amount after 6 Months. Consequently ,the rest will be paid on installment for 10 years. The unit will be submitted to the client after paying 60% of the total price.
